New Wave Energy Group are extremely professional solar and level 2 electricians. Recently they installed 300m power line so we could pump dam water to a new irrigation system. We have no hesitation in recommending New Wave Energy as they are so good. Previously they installed our new solar system which is fabulous as well.

Had a great experience with New Wave Energy Group. Tim stopped by to fix a WiFi issue i created. He made the whole process super easy by taking photos to clearly explain what was going on and followed up with a call to talk through the solution. Professional, friendly, and very helpful, highly recommend!

New Wave installed the cable infrastructure in the car park of our strata block of 60 units. Many of the owners in our building, including me, have now taken up New Wave’s offer to also supply and install the EV chargers for our individual car spaces. New Wave have been top class through the whole exercise - pleasant to deal with and very professional. I am very happy we chose New Wave for this project.

I recently had solar panels and a battery installed by New Wave Energy Group, and the experience has been fantastic. The team — especially Timothy — was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Everything was smooth and easy, communication was top-notch, and the after-sales service has been excellent. They’ve been great at answering my questions about the app and system performance. Highly recommend New Wave Energy Group!

Very excited to be generating electricity on my roof and managing the flows with sophisticated software and amazing gear to power my house and electric car. NWE, Tim and Ben, really did an amazingly professional job explaining everything to me and setting it all up without fuss. I would thoroughly recommend this innovative and professional group to organise your transition to solar and battery.

Tim is the best electrician we have encountered - and we went thru a few duds!
He did a switchboard upgrade and installed our wall car charger. His pricing is reasonable and fair. He completed the work to the high standards. He and Mark worked well together and are efficient that they managed to get the work done in a day reducing disruption to our household. They were prompt, arrived on designated time and cleaned up afterwards. Tim is friendly and keeps us informed and transparent in his communication. I highly recommend Tim and his team at New Wave Energy Group for any future electrical works you will need. Five stars all the way!
